Emerald Event Center: Facilities

The Emerald Event Center has over 12,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space that is divided into three distinct rooms. Each room has its own style and personality, and varying capacities. All rooms have automated climate control, variable lighting levels, and high speed wireless internet access. We have an open floor plan with 18 feet high ceilings, and chandeliers gracing each of our rooms. Our maximum capacity is 500 people.

Each room has its own distinct name and decor. Our largest room is the West Wing with a capacity of 300 people. Our smallest room, the Cardinal, has a capacity of 75 people. So whether you are having a large event or something smaller and more intimate, the Emerald Event Center can meet your banquet or meeting room needs. Our rental rates include set-up of the rooms as determined by you. An event host will be on hand to assist you throughout your event. You can also rent linens, decorations, centerpieces, stages, podiums, and audio and video equipment.
