Create-A-Cake Catering is the in-house caterer for the Emerald Event Center.

The Emerald Event Center wants to assist you with every aspect of the planning of your event. To help you in choosing a reputable caterer, the Emerald Event Center offers a list of Preferred Caterers. These caterers are among the Triad's most respected and skilled professionals. They will design a magnificent menu for events of all types. If, however, you would like to use a caterer not included on our Preferred Caterers list, the Emerald Event Center will make every effort to accommodate your needs. All caterers will enjoy the use of our catering kitchen that includes these commercial grade amenities: ice machine, refrigerator, two warming ovens, double compartment sink, and stainless steel preparation areas. Whether you select one of our Preferred Caterers or use a caterer not included on our list, The Emerald Event Center is dedicated to making your event a successful one.
